TOKYO BABYLON OVAS
Two Tokyo Babylon OVAs were produced, the first in 1992 and the second in 1994. They were produced by Madhouse, who were also responsible for the X film. Each is 60 minutes long and covers storylines that do not appear in the manga. These storylines were not written by CLAMP, but are still designed to fit in smoothly with the tone and pace of the earlier volumes of the manga.
The ovas were originally released dubbed on VHS, but are now available on DVD with optional sub or dub. You can purchase them at places such as Amazon or eBay.

CHARACTERS
Sumeragi Subaru // Voiced by Yamaguchi Kappei.
Sumeragi Hokuto // Voiced by Ito Miki.
Sakurazuka Seishirou // Voiced by Koyasu Takehito.
Nagumo Shinji // Nagumo, the executive chairman of MCC, is 'protected by the spirits', so that all ill fortune reflects off him and onto those around him. He believes he is invincible, and that the city 'chose' him to finish Project 5 after he caused the death of another employee who essentially designed the building (Kazami's brother). He manages to absorb and control the inugami (dog spirit) Kazami sends to kill him, but is eventually dispatched by Seishirou.
Aso Kazami // Kazami's brother was one of the principle designers working on Project 5. She blames Nagumo for his death, and first tries to curse him. When this fails due to her lack of knowledge of spellcasting, she kills her dog Koni/Coney to create an inugami, a dog spirit that will hunt Nagumo down and take revenge.
Yamakawa // Yamakawa is the detective assigned to the case of what happened to Kazami's brother. He and Subaru end up helping one another. He is eventually killed by Nagumo once Nagumo acquires control of the inugami.
Koni (Coney) // Belongs to Kazami and is generally hostile towards things he perceives to threaten her. Kazami eventually sacrifices him to create an inugami with the intent of having it kill Nagumo.
Mimura // The head ofthe MCC Corporation, he hires Subaru to investigate 'Project 5' after a series of accidents and the death of one or more employees lead him to believe the building they are working on is cursed. He dies when Nagumo causes the lift they are in to plummet. Though the lift stops before smashing into the ground, Mimura, previously shown to have a weak heart, dies of a panic and shock-induced heart-attack.
Hidaka Mirei // Mirei is a post-cognitive who can sense past events merely through touching objects with her bare skin. Thus she wears gloves at all times. She is used by the police to discover what has happened at crime scenes.
Kawano // Kawano is a detective investigating the murders that happen on the train. After the identity of the killer is discovered, it is revealed that Kawano knew him when he was a small child and already under suspicion of killing his young sister.
Hidaka Miriko // Miriko is a pre-cognitive, and adopted Mirei when she was a young girl. She works as a fortune-teller, and is eventually killed on the train by the murderer.
The murderer // A youngish man with apparently no concept of morality, he killed the people on the train because they were 'in his seat'.
Sumida // Another detective investigating the murders on the train. An ill-advised attempt at arrest leads to his murder.
Miyatake // Like Mirei, Miyatake is a pre-cognitive. He collects pieces of buildings that have been destroyed, an just by touching them knows what happened to them. He and Mirei met when she was a young girl, and he promised they would see one another again.
